Included in this durational and performative sculpture is an 13-minute looping video that focuses on four characters during a routine water delivery in Jamaica. Accompanying the projection, marked canvases draw water down from buckets rigged with cotton wicking rope, dripping water onto the ground. The buckets must remain full so that the canvases stay damp, resisting the completion of the natural process of evaporation; speaking to the materials and characters themselves.
